Lunar Exchange Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return your item(s) under the following conditions:

 Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

 Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

 Damaged or defective items due to manufacturing errors are eligible for a full refund or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

 Opened or used figures and collectibles.

 Clearance or final sale items.

Mystery boxes or blind bag items. Digital products or downloadable content.Custom or special-order items.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

2. Receive a Return Authorization: If your return is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions.

3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RA number inside. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. Refunds & Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

5. ExchangesWe only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
