Lunar Exchange Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Handling

 Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

Pre-orders will ship as soon as they become available.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

 Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days

 International Shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by location)

 Tracking provided with all shipments.

3. Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight & destination.

 Free shipping on domestic orders over $50 (if applicable).

4. International Orders

 Customs fees & import taxes are the buyers  responsibility.

 Lunar Exchange is not responsible for delays due to customs.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

 If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will assist with claims but are not responsible for carrier delays.
